Match drilled the Left HS skin to the Rear Spar. Deburred the holes in the skin and spar. Dimpled the spar and skin. So far no problems. This is just like I learned at George Orndorff's sheet metal class.
Match drilled Right skin to the rear spar. Looks pretty cool with the skins cleco'd to the rear spar.
