Drew a line on the canopy directly above the center of the roll bar and cut the canopy into two pieces. The line is drawn with the canopy sitting on top of the skin surfaces so once the cut is made, it will drop down into a different position. Once in their final resting positions, they get marked again and trimmed to fit flush against each other. I used my Fein MultiMaster tool Marnie got me for Christmas a couple of years ago. I guess she knew I'd be building an airplane way before I did! :-)
