Milestone day. Finished riveting the bottom skin on the right wing. It seemed easy enough to rivet the bottom skins while the wings were hanging on the rack....so, we just left them on and reached down inside to do the riveting. I can't imagine it would have been any easier to do it while the wing is lying on the bench. I'm choosing to leave the control surfaces and linkage off until later.
The wings can now come off the rack and be stored in the rolling cradle. On to the fuse!
