Back drilled the attach brackets and checked the wing for twist. Good news... it's right at 1/32", maybe 3/64. Removed the tank from the wing and placed it back in the cradle. Drilled holes in the attach brackets and machine countersunk them for the nut plate rivets. Primed the brackets.
