Spent about three hours drilling out rivets, priming, and re-assembling the spar/rudder horn/rib stuff. This tends not to be an issue for those who prime everything. Oh well, it could have been worse. I took the opportunity to machine countersind the AEX wedge for the trailing edge while waiting for the primer to dry. Clecoed the skins to the innards and began to rivet the whole mess together today.
