I don't mind telling you that these things gave me a fit. For some reason I wasn't able to make the geometry work out so that there would be adequate edge distance, so I re-made them 5mm wider than the plans specify. Then I mis-drilled one side, forcing me to re-make the rear spar attachment. Then I wasn't happy with the other side, so I re-made it too! Doh! I don't know how the kit guys do it - having only one crack at something would make me a nervous wreck, but then again making the same part 3 or 4 times doesn't do much for my sanity either.
