This was a tricky one. I couldn't bend much past 90 degrees on my regular brake, so I enlisted the help of the shorter 4-foot brake I built early-on in the project. I hooked the 90-degree flange over the edge of the table, clamped down the bending plate inside the flange I'd bent to about 90, and hammered away. The result was a good-looking 35-degree flange that was easily tweaked to perfection with my flat seaming pliars.
