I know this is probably boring to read - me making parts, but it's actually a very important part of scratchbuilding. I ended up re-making one of the cross-stiffeners. I measured the bend line 5mm off and didn't notice before bending it, so one of the flanges is 5mm shorter than the other one. Oh well, good practice. I DO have an excuse though. Yesterday I had oral surgery and was "put under" for the first time in my 46 years. It was actually kinda cool. Maybe the anesthesia hasn't worn off completely. But I digress... The rear seat panel was easy to make and is the first real "cabin" part I've made. Just think - my seat cushions will be leaning against that piece every hour I fly this thing. Now I've got to flange that 115mm hole. I've got a wood die made and will just be really careful. I want it to look good since it'll be so noticable.
