Brief Description:  Wing Plumbing (Part 2)

I took a lot of pictures today because I haven't seen this documented very well - the whole wing plumbing thing. The pictures below tell the story. I used 25-foot sections of hose cut in half (12' each.) I hope it's enough. I feel sure it will be. Seems like plenty in the coil to me, and the plans call for 25 feet, so I should be fine. You can also see how my aileron trim tab wiring exits the conduit and is secured back along rib #9. I tried to think it through so that if I ever need to replace the wire, all I'll need to do is remove the wing tip skin. I used a grommet to pass the wire through the rear spar to the aileron. Seems plenty secure to me. Note that my strobe wiring will exit the same conduit and go forward. I'm putting in an extra access door on the bottom of the wing near the strobe so I can get to it later to install it, or fix it if need be.
