Brief Description:  Left Outboard Leading Edge

This morning I decided to power through the hardest part of the leading edge. I used the straps to get the skin tightly around the nose rib radius. It went perfectly this time. I used the #40 hole duplicator to find the spar cap holes - starting in the middle and working out in both directions to keep the skin nice and smooth - no bulges. Next I'll release the top of the skin, pre-drill the holes for the nose ribs, tighten it back up and drill the holes for the nose ribs. I'm glad I re-made these parts, including nose rib #4 - visible below in the first picture.
