Brief Description: Shearing of Left Leading Edge Skins
If I have a "least favorite" part of the building process, I'd have to say that it's what I did today - shearing very large pieces of metal to reasonably exact standards. It's jut really difficult to handle something 12 x 4 feet that will bend easily and get it to do what you want it to do. I'd much rather work on smaller parts. With that said, I spent about 4 hours getting my 3-piece leading edge skins cut to size. They turned out great despite my lack of enthusiasm for the job.
