I did preliminary assembly on the nose ribs this morning. This process was a lot easier this time with the benefit of my experience from the other wing. After pilot-drilling all of the attachment holes with a #40 bit, I enlarged them to #20 using my tight-fit drill kit. That thing comes in really handy when you need it. I deburred all of the holes in the process, so most of the work is done. As soon as the stores open back up. I'll get some primer and start painting this thing! This pretty much completes primary assembly of the left wing skeleton. Now I disassemble, prime, reassemble with clecos, and rivet.
