Brief Description:  Left Wing Skeleton Primary Assembly

I truly got back in the saddle this morning by assembling the left wing skeleton. Using things I learned on the first wing, I was VERY careful to draw rib stations on the spar angles so that I could get the ribs in exactly the right place. I clamped a piece of plywood to the rib as I drilled them in place on the main spar to make sure that they were straight. I feel really good about the way it turned out - not that the first wing was any different, but this time I was much more confidant and knew what to expect. I guess your second airplane is the same way. I'll take my time getting all of the holes drilled out to the proper size and applying corrosion protection to the whole thing. I'm treating the skeleton as its own assembly this time before starting to skin it. Another lesson from the first wing. I've got some additional plumbing to do this time too - my pitot/staic tube, and the probe for my LRI (lift reserve indicator).
