I finished up the fiberglass wingtip placement tonight after work. The trimming coordinates shown in the plans will get you close to where you want to be, but ultimately it's a bit of give/take/fudge/trim to get it to fit correctly. I think it looks good. I'm going to epoxy a strip of .025 on the backside of the fiberglass flange so the rivets will have something to grab on to (as others have done). Now on to the aluminum wingtip cover and "bob's your uncle." (My UK friends will appreciate that.)
