I finished up the bottom flange today. It went smoothly. The crimps only need to be made on one side of the flange for the bottom of the wingtip. I had it done in a few minutes. Next I'll be working on the fiberglass leading edge. Although there are specified measurements, I get the feeling there's a little fudge room in there so you can make it fit right. One note here, I'd read for a long time about the questionable quality and fit of the Zenith fiberglass parts. From what I can tell so far, mine are made quite well and seem to fit snugly as intended. We'll see when get a little further into it, but they look fine for now.
