I just wanted to post a couple of additional pictures of the completed wing spar assembly. Next, I disassembled the whole thing and put everything but the right outboard wing spar back in storage. I'm starting on the right wing tomorrow, so I'll need the spar. This is the first time I'd seen the wing span of the XL. I could visualize the rest of the plane knowing this dimension, so it was a lot of fun to see it and imagine a whole plane there. It's amazing how finally completing this makes this whole project much more real for me somehow. Big day.
