I took a few days off from airplane-building to visit my Mom who wanted me to help her buy a new car. We ended up getting her a 2007 Toyota Camry, and she agreed to sell me her old car at WAY below what it's worth. It worked out well for both of us. I immediately got back in the wing rib groove, finishing up set #6 today on my break. About two more days of rib fabrication, and the preliminary work will be done. One note about using flanging dies to flange your lightening holes. I've found that placing the die on an unyielding concrete surface (like your driveway) and whacking the die with a dead-blow hammer several times makes nice flanges with a minimum bowing of the ribs. I'm not sure why this is, but it's not really important to me either.
