My rib form blocks are about 90% complete now. I spent a lot of time getting everything routed and sanded, and my work is being rewarded by good-looking ribs. I completed rib set #9 this afternoon. Now I need to go back and do 5-8. I got a chance to use my 65mm flanging die on the small hole at the rear of the rib - worked great. Overall, I've been really pleased with how these are turning out. I've only had to scrap one, and that was because I got a little overzealous with the crimping and split the aluminum. Eight more to go, and ribs are history.
