Brief Description:  Rear Rib #1 Form Block

Started my rear ribs today by working on form block #1. I used 3M spray adhesive to attach the CAD drawings to 3/4" plywood. Then, I cut closely to the line with the band saw and sanded up to the line with the bench sander - worked like a charm. I have a sandwich of form blocks now that are identical. I've marked the crimp locations, but haven't made the relief cutouts with a sanding drum yet. I'll also put a small joggle relief at the top and bottom of the front of the rib. When I placed the blocks on the table to get an idea of how big the wing will be, I was a little surprised - that wing is going to be big! I'm REALLY excited to be working on my wings.
