Today I cut out the .032 material for the center spar webs using my Olfa knife. Not a problem. That thing cuts like butta. I bent the rear web using Larry Winger's spreadsheet calculations, and it came out perfectly - I mean BOOM! Right on the money. The quality inspector gave it four paws, so it's good to go. Next is the front web. It's got 3 bends in it, so I'll do as much calculation as I can, and test bend on a scrap piece to confirm my math.
