Spent tle last couple of days working on the nose rib forming blocks while I wait for a shipment of rivets from Zenith Aircraft to finish up the flaps. I plotted these out on the 1/8" aluminum very carefully, then band-sawed and filed to the correct sizes. Made the plywood blocks to the size of the aluminum reinforcements. I'm extremely happy with the way these turned out. I routed the edges of the aluminum to 1/8" radius, and put the 10 degree springback edge on the blocks. Don't let these simple-looking things fool ya. There's a lot of very careful measuring and fabricating in these. I'm sure they'll yield excellent nose ribs. I still need to put the crimping cutouts in them, but I was done for the day when I took these pictures.
