Brief Description:  Beefy Brake Tweaks and Test Bend of .063

I put the final tweaks on my beefy brake today and tried it out. It worked great! I ended up flipping the top angle over and drilling 4 more holes closer to the edge so that the 1/8" radius wouldn't interfere with the 1/4" radius board with respect to springback. I used a 1/4" roundover router bit on the 1" x 4" oak board to make the radius, then set my table saw at 20-degrees tilt and took the top corner off to allow for springback. This is cool. Now I can bend thicker material accurately without having to stress out about it being too much for the brake, and all I have to do to make 1/8" radius bends is remove the board and flip the top angle over to use the other set of holes. I love having the right tool for the job. Theoretically, and with the right piece of oak board, I could switch this out to bend any radius
