Cut out the stabilizer form blocks, and plotted the front wing ribs on MDF. First of the front rib blocks turned out very good - excellent shape, and specs are right on the money. Plotted second front wing rib. Will shape next time. Still need to attach aluminum to face of wing rib blocks, but the wings are a long way away. I'm going to order the rudder kit in February to check out the look of "professionally" made parts. I'll also order the front and rear stablizer spars probably at the same time. My plan is to bend everything that I can with the 4' Zenith brake I'm going to build, and order the parts that require longer bends from Zenith. As far as I can tell, there's only a handful of parts that require long bends.
