Brief Description: Front Fuselage Riveting Begins - Cabin Floor
After a fairly massive shop-cleaning yesterday, I finished disassembling the front fuselage, cleaned the parts, applied a little corrosion protection, and started to rivet it all back together. Despite my efforts to drill and deburr as I went, there was still a bit to be done. As I figure it, I've been working on the fuselage now for about 7 months. The parts themselves had gotten pretty dirty, so I gave the cabin floor itself a nice Alumiprep bath before applying primer to the mating surfaces. The plan now is to finish riveting and install the rudder pedals.
