I took the bulk of the welded parts to the shop and after applying my standard self-etching primer, coated them with Rustoleum spray paint. I painted the yoke. rudder pedals, and gear fittings gloss black, and the torque tube and flap arms glossy grey. They look pretty darn good. The only real welded parts left are the cabin steps, and the canopy arms. Pics to follow.
