I spent a little time today cleaning in the shop. There have been a dozen or more little projects that have taken priority over the plane for the last couple of weeks. Now I finally get some time to work on it again! I started attaching and drilling the outboard leading edge skin. I started with the spar rivet line - a little different methodology this time because of the predrilled skins. I had to use my hole duplicator to match up my scratch-built leading edge skin to the predrilled rear skin. No problem - the hole duplicator is a marvelous tool. I marked the rivet lines for the nose ribs also. I'll remove the nose skin, drill the holes, and trim the rear edge to 10mm, then put the skin back on and drill through the ribs.
