Looks like I'm back to the hour or two after work build schedule that actually seems to work quite well for me. It's amazing how much you can accomplish with the "slow and steady wins the race" work ethic. Tonight I fitted the left flap into position. I use an AN5 bolt to put an appropriate space between the aileron and flap. Plans say it should be approx. 5mm, and mine ended up at just about that exactly. Next I'll finish up the wing tip as much as possible before putting the wing on the floor and using the table to cut my leading edge skins.
