Brief Description:  Rivet Line Layout of Bottom Right Wing Skin

This afternoon I trimmed the bottom wing skin to its final size, and layed out the rivet lines for the wing ribs. This is somewhat trickier than I imagined, mostly due to the fact that the rib crimps could be spaced a little better to allow for the rivet lines. I put the crimps right where the plans specify, but you have to fudge a little here and there to get the rivet lines to miss them completely. This is probably standard practice, but since it's my first airplane, I'm still in the learning curve. No worries. I got it all figured out, and the rivet lines look nice and even. Next I'll pilot drill all of the holes out and cleco the whole works together.
