Brief Description: Final Drilling of Right Wing Nose Ribs
In keeping with trying to make a little progress each day, I drilled and deburred the nose rib pilot holes from #40 to #20 today. I also deburred all of the corresponding holes on the spar nose rib angles. I used my tight-fit drill kit to get to the nose ribs. It worked pretty well, although you need to keep a tight hold on the right-angle attachment, or it will slip and elongate your holes. (That's experience speaking.) I'll fix the elongated hole with an aluminum rivet-backing washer from ACE hardware. That oughta do it.
