Brief Description: Complete Right Wing Spar (Part 1)

After a long, slow process of scratchbuilding my right wing spar, I finally finished it today. What took me so long? Couple of things: a.) busy work schedule, b.) self-imposed very high standard of workmanship, c.) a few unexpected little problems, d.) learning curve for solid riveting. I'm extremely pleased with the finished product. Honestly, I think it's the best work I'm capable of. All tolerances were closely observed, and everything fits great. It's nice and true. I have a finished product here that I can put my trust in, knowing that it's built as designed, and that I did the best I could with regard to every aspect of construction. If you're using my photos for any kind of reference, please note that the spar is upside down on the saw horses in the photos.
