Brief Description: Completed fabrication of spar cap angles
Finished up the other 3 spar cap angles this morning. With a 10-foot brake, this would have taken less than an hour. With an 8-foot brake and lots of creative sheet metal work, it took about 3 hours. Shipping for these parts alone would have been more than half of what it cost to make my brake. They turned out pefectly straight and true. Now a little filing, polishing, and primer and they're ready to go.
