Brief Description:  Fabrication of Nose Rib Angles

I was reading a post on the Matronics list the other day from a guy who was looking to use his HDS stabilizer on his XL. He was explaining that the XL has a wider fuselage, and his old HDS stabilizer wouldn't fit. Since I switched plans about the time of my stabilizer construction, I wanted to review my old plans and see if I was in for the same thing. I am. My stabilzer attachment points are too close together to allow it to be used on the XL. Looks like I'll be fabricating another stabilizer. I'd kinda like to take another crack at it anyway. My skill level has improved a lot since I built it, and I think I could probably do a better job now. Since I now have an 8' brake, I'll be able to make those spars I had to buy from ZAC the first time. I'm not going to worry about fixing it right now. I want to keep forward momentum and not have to backtrack, so I'll worry about it later during a period of downtime. I fabricated the outboard spar nose rib angles to make some forward progress. I'll be bending my spar cap angles tomorrow.
