Finished up the left aileron that's been sitting on the bench for a week or two - patiently waiting for me to finish it. It turned out really well. The washout is identical in both ailerons, and the hinges mounted perfectly. For those of you yet to work on these, the plans for the aileron tip are reasonably accurate, but if you really want it to fit well, stitch your aileron together with clecos (making sure you have the proper washout) and make a template for yourself. I could never get the plans-made ones to come out with enough material for the flanges to have the right edge distance. Call me a perfectionist, but I made my own and they look great. Next, I'll be adding the trim tab to the left aileron.
