Torqued the elev bearing block on rear spar to 25 inch/lbs. Riveted up allparts making up the HS front spar. Struggled a bit squeez the -6 and -7 rivets with my pneumatic squeezer.For these parts the -6 and -7 rivets appeared to be a little on the long side, had troubles getting rivets down to within specs in squeezed thickness. Riveted on hole where HS-00005 rib gets attached. Luckily I noticed it before I did more of these. The instructuion do not warn you of this. So, I got to drill out my first rivet. I have the Brown Tools rivet remover kit and it worked great.
