Being as the powder coating on the HS411 brackets was messed up by Van's they sent me 2 new brackets. There was still bare metal showing in the bearing cutout area so I prepped and primed these areas and gave them a shot of white paint. Match drilled and deburred the brackets and squeezed the first -5 rivet sandwiching the VA146 bearing in place. It appeared to be on the short side with a small shop head after squeezing. Mic'ed and was just barely within specs for a -5 rivet. Probably would be okay as just meeting specs but spoke with Van's and decided to finish the braket with -6 rivets. All in spec and looks much better.
