Dimpled all rudder parts and skins. I did not have dimple dies for #10 screw so oreder a set from Cleveland to dimple R-703 rib for counterweight screws. Instead of using the nylon lock nuts and washers to hold the counter weight in place I utilized R-0001 plate and nut plates that came with my kit that I belive are for an RV-14. Nothing to come loose in the closed end cap now. I filled the recesses in the weight with cotton flox. Worked great and I think this is a much better solution. it looks like I might have to trim out a bit of lead at each rivet point as toloerance is too tight between rib and weight.
