Finished doubler for VS-706 rib. Used .032 scrap aluminum. I drilled all holes to accept AN426AD3 rivets and drilled the holes to accept K1000-08 nut plates. Nut plates will be installed with NAS1097AD3 small head rivets. I countersunk the holes for the NAS rivets with a few twists from my debur bit. This way the nut plates do not have to be dimpled.
