Finished riveting the horizontal stab. Re-torqued the HS-411 bearing block and put some torque seal on the nut and threads for inspection purposes. All in all, I'm happy with the results. Had a few faux pas that pissed me off but I worked through them and sure learned alot. Dealt with Van';s builder support a couple times on this assembly and I am very impressed with how they handled my issues/questions. Had an A&P mech that I work with come by and take a look before I closed up the rear spar and he was satisfied with my work, even said he would ride in the back seat, actually said from what he saw he would put his daughter in the back seat. Made me feel good and I believe I'm leaning in the right direction with this build. Time to put the stab on the shelf and get going on the Vertical Stab. I believe with all the shop setup, prep, and learning on the horizontal stab that the vertical stab should come together rather quickly.
