With Stab all clecoed together I wasn't happy with the clearance between the tabs on HS-814 reinforcing bar and HS-00005 rib/skin. Was able to open the gap a bit by sanding HS-814 and then hit it with some rattle can self etching primer. Happy with the results. Began riveting the rear spar into HS. Got every other rivet squeezed with the pneumatic squeezer around perimeter and outboard and inborad ribs. One more session of riveting and Stab will be complete.
