Not a lot of progress today but progress neverless......Clecoed up HS-00003, HS-810-1 and HS-814-1 to HS-702 forward spar. Clamped HS-00005 and HS-00006 ribs in place and marked the ribs where the skin holes are. Removed ribs and straightened a bit with very little fluting needed. Reinstalled ribs and clamped and match drilled HS-00005 aft flange using rear spar holes as a guide. Also made a bending block for rib flanges by cutting a kerf width notch in a peice of 3/4 inch scrap wood. Had to tweak the fwd and aft flanges on the ribs a little and the block worked good.
