Continued work on H.S. front spar buildup. Made a 6 degree template from thick paper and completed bends on HS-810 and HS-824 angle and splice. Pretty happy with results. Measured, marked and drilled relief holes in prep for HS-702 spar bend. Cleaned up the notches with dremel and files and rounded corners. Not real happy how close one notch on each spar is to rivet hole but all measured and cut to spec. The fact that the spar will be sandwiched between the HS-810/814 angle/splice and HS-003 reinforcement plates I think its acceptable.
