This entry represents about three work sessions. I re-installed the oil sump on my engine, now that I have the sump repaired and new studs and gaskets. Everything that had to come off to get the sump off is now back in place, to include the intake tubes, etc. I'm waiting on the "right" nuts to arrive to finish up the carb installation. Meanwhile, I fabricated a firewall patch for the starter cable to pass through and installed ignition cable eyelts for the top ignition wires to pass through. Lastly, I made an angle piece to install on the trailing edge of the floor panel. This will keep things that fall on the floor from rolling into the bottom of the fuselge.
