Brief Description: Boot Cowl and Carb Air Box Repair
I installed the boot cowl patches and imbedded the cowl patches in high temp silicon adhesive. They came out quite well. As soon as it gets warm enough, I can prime the metal and set it aside for color paint this Spring. Also, I removed the carb air box from the engine, cleaned/blasted it, and primed the interior and exterior surfaces. I then sprayed two coats of epoxy appliance paint, making it look about four times nicer than when I started.
