I put fuel in my tanks today for the first time and discovered a small leak around one of the fule line fittings. I removed the boot cowl piece on that side and tightened up the fitting, and all is good now. I rolled the plane out onto the ramp and chocked it, then set the fire extinguisher beside the a/c in case I had a problem. I had to prime the priming system so it could help with the engine start. With that all done, I hit the starter. The engine cranked right up and ran well. I noted an increase in oil pressure within 5-6 seconds and the generator was showing a charge. After about a minute, I shut it down and checked for anything not happy under the cowling. Finding nothing, I started it up and ran it for two or three minutes. Still no discernable issues other than my idle is set too high. I'll correct that tomorrow.
