I attempted to fill my brake lines today. The right side went as easy as could be expected. I pumped the fluid up from the bottom of the caliper and got great results with that brake. On the left side, I couldn't get the bleed fitting to release, so I took the entire fitting assembly off. Mounted in my vise, the fitting broke loose but I discovered a good bit of corrosion in the fitting. Since it probably would not seal very well, I decided to replace the whole assembly. That stopped progress for this session.
