Brief Description: Work on Fairings and Tank Fittings
This was a two location work session. At my FAY hangar, I installed the rubber strips on my wing strut fairings. While being messy, that rubber cement works really well, and I was pleased with the results. At my paint booth in Parkton, I installed the fittings for the left fuel tank. I had cleaned these fittings up and rethreaded them with Permatex gasket maker. Lastly, I trimmed the holes for the inspection holes I thought would be immediately used for the wing installation later. These holes noe have their inspection plates in place.
