This entry represents two or three work sessions. I have had a couple of opportunities to work on the wings lately, but only in short bursts. My new leading edge skins came in finally, and I got to work getting those installed. They took a little head scratching when it came to figuring out how to install the skins and have them fit tightly against the ribs. I ended up using a technique similar to when I built my wings for the RV-6 that I built. I took cargo straps and fit them around the skins where they passed over ribs. Pulling them fairly tight held the skin against the rib until I could get the screws installed. I've done the inner and middle pieces on the left wing so far and am pleased with the results.
