I primed the new brace pieces, brushed two coats of varnish on the tip bow itself, and assembled all the pieces back together. The tip bow is now in its final form. The distance between the bows and their respective outboard ribs is only about 3/16 " apart, so I'm pleased with the way they turned out. I startede to work on fabricating the new aileron cables but got called away, so they will have to wait for the next session.
