I spent my longest cleaning session so far bead blasting different wing parts. I found that to get the ancient residue off some of the parts, I actually had to lightly burn the parts themselves to get the substance to the point of being able to be removed by the bead blaster. Anyway, after two houirs of cleaning, I had the inboard and wing strut attach point compression struts and their hardware ready for priming and paint. After re-locating to the hangar, I loaded up my paint drying line to the max with much nicer looking parts than what I started out with. Next session, I'll start re-installing
