I installed the left wing tip bow, hopefully for the last time. I'm pleased with how it turned out. It feels very solid and ready to last another couple of decades. I installed the outboard compression strut and started to dis-assemble the next strut inboard. Unfortunately, this is the compression strut with the wing strut attach hardware on it, so it takes a while to get it all off. I still contend that most of these bolts haven't been moved in decades, so they take some real persuading. Most of the bolts are out, but I basically worked until my hands were turning to ice, then I went home.
Wing tip bow assembled for good this time.
Part of the "N" compression strut before clean-up.
